What part of your baths or facilities are you most proud of?
Enjoy the combination of hot, refreshing high-power jets and an electric bath, alternating with a cold well water bath.
What do you especially want first-time visitors to enjoy here?
Enjoy a relaxing bath with the majestic waterfalls of Croatia's Plitvice Lakes National Park, a World Heritage Site, as your backdrop. A convenient, once-a-week public bath experience!
Any history or unique commitment about this bathhouse we should know?
This is our third bath since moving from downtown Asakusa to Ushigome. We provide good quality hot water so that everyone in the area can enjoy it. The water is very hot when we open, but gradually becomes a little hotter. Everyone, men and women of all ages, can use it.
Are there seasonal or time-of-day ways to enjoy this place?
In particular, the men's bath is bathed in sunlight that shines through the windows during opening hours depending on the season, making the water sparkle.
Why do regulars keep coming back, in your opinion?
For our regular customers, Yanagiyu, with its large bathtubs, is like a second home bath and a daily treat. Since we were closed for a year, we have seen many new customers, and we hope that they will all become regulars.
