Interview with Taiseiyu (Maeda)
What part of your baths or facilities are you most proud of?
The binchotan charcoal bath is very warming. The cold bath is also very refreshing! We also have a Japanese-made AED installed.
What do you especially want first-time visitors to enjoy here?
We are registered as an elderly care provider (training is ongoing), so you can use our services with peace of mind.
Any history or unique commitment about this bathhouse we should know?
Founded in 1955, this year marks the 70th anniversary of our founding. We have been involved in the bathhouse business for a total of 100 years, having previously operated in Yokohama Yukimikan (training), Hiratsuka, Jyoto Kameido, Hanyu, Saitama, Fukagawa, and Shinjuku.
Are there seasonal or time-of-day ways to enjoy this place?
There's a lot of conversation in the evenings, so you'll probably make friends easily!
Why do regulars keep coming back, in your opinion?
"Anshin Elderly Care" and "Street Corner AED Emergency Station"
